Order Status
For Orders That Have All Items In Stock At The Time of Order
- All orders ship when all of the items are on hand so that the orders ship complete with all items together. No partial orders are shipped.
- When all of the items on the order are in stock, orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, will ship that day. The only exception to that would be holidays.
- After orders are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email to the email address you provided when placing the order. You can use that tracking number with UPS or the motor freight carrier.
For Orders That Have Items That Are Backordered At the Time of Order
- To check on an the status of an order that has not yet shipped, please fill out the form below. We will try to get back to you that day or the next business day at the latest. We have one person dedicated to replying to the backorder emails.
